This is the latest project by Jade Starr for 2020.
MEtheist was written, performed and produced in 4 weeks for the #songtember music challenge. All instruments and vocals were performed by Jade and recorded and produced on an iPad Pro.
2020 has been an extremely polarising year that has exposed the anger, fragility and division the entire human species is currently experiencing. As a global pandemic has locked down the entire world. Racial tempers have flared, governments continue to shit all over their employers and the rich keep getting richer as we continue to give the valueless money more value than each other. This EP is a reflection of these times.
Inspired by 90’s metal bands like Slayer, Christbait, Helmet, Kyus & Faith No More. MEtheist is a dark and brooding mix of rock and metal that will kick your head off!!!
